UNION SPECIAL 38200 Industrial Sewing Machine Heavy-duty, three-needle sewing machine for seaming operations on canvas, denim, burlap and other heavyweight materials. Style 38200 C, named the "SAMSON" because it efficiently handles heavyweight materials, is a three-needle machine designed with a unique drive enabling the use of the long upper arm, providing 40 inches of space to the right of the needles without losing power or speed. The 40 inch space eliminates the effort and time normally required to fold and roll wide sections of material. The sewing head is mounted on a strong steel stand fitted with casters, and makes the entire unit portable.
