The next-generation leader, SunStar's cutting-edge technology based buttonhole mechanism leads the sewing automation system to more advanced way.
We exerted our endeavors to thoroughly study and analyze all the operation movements and optimize them to achieve the high quality in order to increase the productivity through the realization of the maximized sewing speed of 2,200 SPM, and correspond to the various islet buttonhole task environments.
It is designed to promptly and stably perform the Islet buttonhole stitch process for the various sewing fabrics and bring into a stable stitching results.
By the application of electrically controlled mechanism without clutch parts and cam exchange, a wide selection of islet buttonholes are created to show the excellent results in multi-types but small amount of production, and enhance the productivity.
The lower-adjusted machine can secure the work safety and bring the convenient repair process. The height difference from the table is decreased to give easy attachment of sewing materials and increase the work efficiency.
SunStar's control technology-intensive needle rack movement and X-Y feed control system is controlled in a soft and accurate way; it creates the stable and elaborate islet buttonholes.
The pressing plate system individually moved from side to side by the independent air cylinder is able to firmly fix the sewing fabric with different thickness to guarantee the stable sewing quality.

Avoiding from the mechanic clutch and cam exchange method, the mechanic noise was minimized and X-Y transition and needle bar rotating structure was electronized to make the device structure simpler and reduce the number of parts to bring easy maintenance process.
This machine is supported by gas spring to make it easy to raise and lower, and it was designed to operate sensor when the machine was leveled up to prevent sewing process in consideration of safety matters.

The safety protector is designed to operate only when the sewing process is going on, which provides the worker the safety and convenience.

Through the application of directly attached motor driven method, excellent responsibility and comfortable working environment is provided.
SunStar newly developed the direct driven-motor, which is directly attached to the sewing machine. It is optimized into the high quality sewing process by the use of the coupling method to link AC Sub Motor to the upper level to enhance the responsibility and accuracy of stopping location of the sewing machine.
Since the directly driven motor doesn't use V-belt, the noise and vibration is significantly decreased to provide the pleasant working environment and the fatigue of a site-worker was decreased to help enhance productivity.
In addition to that, as there is no weight-load found when the V-belt is operated, the durability of the machine is considerably increased, and the amount of electricity power consumption was decreased since the rotation loss disappears resulting from the V-belt usage. Since the motor is directly attached to the body of sewing machine, it brings easier access to the installation process by removing the need for attaching and adjusting the sewing machine motor and V-belt. And sewing machine motor and V-belt are not exposed to the worker to prevent the safety accidents in the work-sites.
Through the graphic LCD screen, you can immediately see the machine setting status, buttonhole shapes and program data, and detect the sewing data status error and thread breakage. Such feature brings more convenient workability.
You can edit combine a variety of button shapes through the easy and simple key manipulation.
It is possible to move the operation panel and you can operate it manually; it gives you more convenience.
Frequently used cutter operation, and presser foot raising/lowering command keys are made into icons; you can easily manipulate them.
It is possible to sew the eyelet button hole and straight button hole without changing the cutter and the hammer.(It is useful to sew on jacket for man) (SPS/B-BH6000-01)
Continuous sewing is possible at regular intervals on the button hole by transfering the sewing material automatically. (SPS/B-BH6000-02)
