SPS/A(B)-B1201 series
to lead the new millennium's
automatic sewing system
with the best reliability.





We realized a maximum sewing speed of 2.500SPM, which is the fastest in the world. And we thoroughly studied and analyzed all the sewing-related operation mechanisms regarding X-Y feed, thread trimming, wiper, pressing plate to bring the best productivity to the work site. You can clearly feel our product's quality difference from the existing backtack sewing machine after comparing products.




This series provide 30 types of basic patterns with diverse sizes and stitch length such as large-sized, medium-sized, small-sized and straight backtacking by the diverse purposes, and exert the prompt and powerful function in any sewing project.
(Basic 32 patterns + additional 67 pattern = provide maximum 99 patterns)




Comparing to the mechanic backtack sewing machine, it minimizes the mechanic noise and prevents the noise from occurring due to the shock when lowering pressing plate by the application of press plate sensor. And the main pivotal driven-system by AC Servo Motor is adopted to realize the low-noise system and enable the prompt and quiet operation.




Many parts such as clutch, feed cam, and warm gear used for the existing mechanic backtack sewing machine were deleted, so that there is no more need for the maintenance and repair. And the number of parts were considerably reduced to realize the durability increase and light weight.



This series is designed to perform all type of backtack projects ranging from the heavyweight fabrics to lightweight and knit in a prompt and stable way. And the sewing mechanism is adopted to extend the sewing range in order to perform the fine stitch under the diverse work environments and the high-reliable shuttle hook is mounted to bring more stable sewing results.

The SunStar's control technology-intensive X-Y feed control system is controlled in a smooth and accurate way to show the best performance in the difficult oblique line and curved sewing project.
The SunStar's control technology-intensive X-Y feed control system provides a wide work range of 40mm(X) × 20mm(Y), which is the widest among the same level product lines.



The maximized torque is realized by using the 550W AC Servo Motor as the pivotal motor. So, when it comes to the heavyweight fabrics, it runs powerfully.



Through the application of directly attached motor driven method, excellent responsibility and comfortable working environment is provided.

SunStar newly developed the direct driven-motor, which is directly attached to the sewing machine. It is optimized into the high quality sewing process by the use of the coupling method to link AC Sub Motor to the upper level to enhance the responsibility and accuracy of stopping location of the sewing machine.

Since the directly driven motor doesn't use V-belt, the noise and vibration is significantly decreased to provide the pleasant working environment and the fatigue of a site-worker was decreased to help enhance productivity.

In addition to that, as there is no weight-load found when the V-belt is operated, the durability of the machine is considerably increased, and the amount of electricity power consumption was decreased since the rotation loss disappears resulting from the V-belt usage. Since the motor is directly attached to the body of sewing machine, it brings easier access to the installation process by removing the need for attaching and adjusting the sewing machine motor and V-belt. And sewing machine motor and V-belt are not exposed to the worker to prevent the safety accidents in the work-sites.



Our fullest effort was made for the worker's convenience and increase of productivity by enabling the operation box to be attached anywhere into the upper table or lower table.

For the operation box, various function such as pattern change, speed adjustment, zoom-in, zoom-out, and bobbin counter setting are represented through icons for the operation box, and all such functions can be set by one-touch mode. And seven patterns are saved through three function keys to realize the prompt task and cycle task with the combination of various patterns.



Wiper device
The electronic solenoid driven-wiper is a device to elaborate the sewing fabric for the next task by rolling up upper thread after trimming. And you can easily select on/off option by selecting the parameter.

Upper thread holding device
Since the remaining amount of the upper thread needed for the first stitching after thread trimming is consistently maintained regardless of the thread type, and such a thread leftover is consistent, the first stitching has its own stability to reduce the defective rate and increase the productivity.



Since the presser foot can be basically raised up to a maximum height of 20MM, it shows the excellent performance in the backtack task of heavy weighted fabrics regardless of the fabric thickness.



The right and left presser feet are designed to separately operate to bring the convenience of location control when the fabric is fed. And the simple process of parameter selection makes it possible to easily change the operation sequence of both feed plates and freely change into the integrated driving mode. It maximizes the user's applicability.
