The 558 of the new  genaration offers a technical standard, wich will meet the expectations of experienced buttonhole specialists also in the future. The recent 558 produces up to 1.650 stitches/minutes. The maximum sewing length amounts 38 mm; cut length are 18mm and 24 mm. The eyelet buttonholer is equipped with a thread trimmer for needle thread. The cutting of the buttonhole can be easily and quickly set from cut before to cut after. In case of different fabric thicknesses the springy clamping frame automatically adjusts the height of the fabric clamps. Thus, also height differences on the left and on the tight are compensated.
