Main features of these machines are the automatic pressure-free lubrication, the double needle-thread tension, the manual back-tacking via lever, a small vertical two-piece-hook without bobbin case, safety clutch as standard, exchangeable needle plate inserts and wheel feeders and an adjustment scale at the hand-wheel.
Unique is that this machines have a full synchronization of the feeding wheel and the top driven roller even during back-tacking. Stitch in stitch back-tacking provides highest seam quality and avoid material perforation.
The driven knife mechanism ensures an accurate lining trimming while stitching.
We offer also a suitable grinding machine for the knives including holder.
