In combination with a servo motor adapted at the machine head (optional) and the additional features short-end thread trimmer, auto back-tacking with man. tacking and auto foot-lift in electromagnetic version this model delivers an economic production tool.
Main features of these machines are the automatic pressure-free lubrication, the double needle-thread tension, the manual back-tacking via lever, a large vertical two-piece-hook without bobbin case, safety clutch as standard, exchangeable needle plate inserts and wheel feeders and an adjustment scale at the hand-wheel.
Unique is that this machines have a full synchronization of the feed dog and the top driven roller even during back-tacking. Stitch in stitch back-tacking provides highest seam quality and avoid material perforation.
