The sewing unit 1365-5-2 with differential top and bottom feed offer excellent solutions for the rational serging of front and hind trousers parts. The unit 1365 is a twin-head overlock unit and can additionally be equipped with a third sewing head allowing a further increase in efficiency when processing the trousers hem. With the help of the seperate step motor control for the differential top and bottom feed is it possible to distribute fullness in the lining without any problems. For difficult materials, such as e.g. stretch, you can establish material-relevant programs. The lining is fused to the upper fabric for displacement-free sewing. Then the workpiece is positioned and the sewing operation starts automatically. The workpiece is guided automatically, sewn and transported to the second sewing head where the side seam is serged fully automatically. Performance: approx. 700 pairs of trousers with knee lining in 480 min.
