The closing seam sewing unit 1282-5 offers the highest flexibility. It can be used for all long seams of trousers and skirts. A thread trimmer is optionally available for seam ends in the seam. Due to the ideally automated sewing and stacking process an overlapped working method is possible. The sewing unit is very easy to operate to that even less experienced staff will achieve excellent sewing resultes. Programmable partial fullness as well as an adjustable guide rail allow a quick adapation of the unit to differing seam contours, thus guaranteeing a maximum degree of flexiblility. Performance: approx. 1.700 side seams in 480 min (according to application) approx. 430-450 complete trousers in 480 min.
