The sewing unit 1280-5-1 is predestinated for sewing of closing seams like trousers side seams and inseams. Safty seams (with 4 or 5 threads) or double-chainstich seams can optionally be sewn. The differential top and bottom feed allows a constant fullness distribution. A special sewing set makes it possible to sew trousers side seams with side seam pockets without difficulty. Application: classic and casual trousers production, e.g. for cotton trousers, Dockers, Chinos and US style trousers. Performance: approx. 1600 trousers side seams in 480 min. approx. 400 complete trousers in 480 min.
