The 1265-5 offers you an excellent solution for the efficient serging of trousers parts with and without kneelining. Up to now it has been possible to process exactly cut knee lining only. Now even inaccurately cut lining parts can optionally be processed. The machine recognizes the contour of the cut parts by photocell automatically. The serging of the crotch and fly curve as well as of the trousers hem can be integrated. With the help of the separate step motor control for the differential bottom and top feed the Pegasus sewing head EXT makes it possible to distribute partial fullness in the kneelining. For difficult materials, such as e.g. stretch, you can establish material-relevant programmes. For a displacement-free processing of the kneelining you always start sewing from the waistband side. The differential top and bottom feed guarantees a constant fullness in the kneelining at any time.
