Normal Thread Usage
The BSW Mark II machine uses a normal thread, which eliminates color matching issues as well as the need to buy expensive, special threads.
Friendly LCD and Control Panel
All parameters such as wrapping frequency, knotting frequency and buttonhole height can be programmed from the touch pad control panel. The LCD provides a graphical illustration of parameters as well as diagnostics of the machine.
Perfect Thread Trimming
BSW can trim the thread after the wrapping/knotting operation is completed therefore eliminating the need for manual trimming and providing higher productivity.
Suitable for any Size or Type of Buttons
BSW can work on flat or shank buttons up to 40 mm of diameters providing unmatched flexibility. There is no need for gauges or attachments for different button thickness up to 25 mm.
Tight Knotting
The machine’s user selectable wrapping and knotting cycles ensures a tight button eliminating a possible unraveling during the life of the garment. Different combinations of knotting and wrapping can easily be adjusted from the control panel. Other products in the market do not form a knot while wrapping the shank of the buttons.
Compact Size
BSW Mark II`s compact design saves much valuable floor space in today’s garment factory. The machine is portable and can be moved to any button sewing area of the factory where is an electric and air supply.
Productivity
The productivity is 4,000 buttons per 8-hour shift on average.
